I have always believed the best events never feel planned. They feel as though the room, the light, the music and the people were always meant to come together on that exact evening.
Getting there takes real work. Behind every effortless night is a spreadsheet, a rain plan, a vendor who needed a second call, and a dozen decisions made quietly so my clients never have to think about them. That is the part I love most.
I founded Revel & Rare Occasions to bring a more thoughtful kind of event planning to Williamsport and Central Pennsylvania. The kind that treats a milestone birthday with the same care as a wedding, and a corporate gala with the same imagination as either.
